Annual
Membership Dinner – October 15th |
Join your fellow EWGA
members as we celebrate the successful conclusion of
our 5th year as a Chapter, recognize and thank those
who helped make it happen, and preview the year
ahead.
ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT
MEMBER EVENT.
The meeting will include:
- a valuable
opportunity to NETWORK with other EWGA members
- an overview of
2007-2008 chapter activities and accomplishments
- recognition of
all chapter leaders/volunteers who have made
this past year
an outstanding success
- introduction of
2008-2009 leadership team
- a wonderful
dinner and FUN atmosphere shared with your
friends!
Registration/networking will begin at 5 PM with a
buffet dinner and meeting to follow at 6 PM. Cost is
$10.00 and covers complete buffet dinner including
tax and tip. Please note that drinks are not
included.

AND WINE DELIGHTS - Thursday, November 12th
This fall event often includes wine tasting,
appetizers, and a keynote speaker at a great
price. If you haven’t been to one, ask another
member! You’ll find out how much fun we have at
this event. You won’t want to miss it!
CHRISTMAS GATHERING – Thursday, December
10th.
We’re hoping to put together a dinner theatre
event! An opportunity to get together and see a
show! I am asking anyone who is interested to
register so I can determine the approximate size
of our group and make arrangements for tickets.
This is not a commitment, but I will need to get
a general idea before contacting the theatre
group!

Improve Your
Game Over the Winter |

Those nice days for golf are dwindling. Soon our
golf clubs will settle in for their Wisconsin
hibernation. When I finally pack away my clubs I
start thinking of ways to work on my golf fitness so
I can hit those shots I only dream of. What can
golfers do to improve their game for 2010 while the
leaves fall, the snow flies, the winds blow?
Recently I found on golffitnessmagazine.com video
library with a variety of fitness exercises. This
appeals to me because I can watch them on my
computer with someone showing and telling me how to
do each exercise. This is better than my typical
struggle with having to put on my reading glasses,
glance at written instructions that never have
enough pictures and then trying to remember the
sequence without looking at the instructions again!
Not only do fitness exercises improve your ability
to play golf, they also improve your fitness in
general–strength, power, flexibility, balance, core
stability, body awareness, even endurance—good for
everyone whether they golf or not. |

Refund Policy |

Unless otherwise
noted, refunds are given up to five days prior to
the event. If you need to cancel, contact the event
chair at least 5 days before the event date and the
registration fee will be refunded, minus a 15%
cancellation fee. If EWGA Fox Cities/Green Bay
cancels the event, you will be notified and a full
refund will be given. |
